My Story
Why I joined Scentsy...
I first met Scentsy at the NZ Design & Craft Fair in Napier, in May 2018. I followed my nose into the stall, where I met Christine Campbell, Certified Scentsy Consultant. I said "What's all this?", and 10 minutes later I'd bought a plug-in warmer, 2 wax bars, and had signed up for a basket party at work. My daughter supported my party by having one of her own at her work, and my son did the same.
From those 3 parties I acquired quite a few more products, and my consultant, Christine Campbell, saw how much I loved the products, so she suggested that I become a Scentsy Consultant myself. I gave the idea some consideration, and finally, in August 2018, I took the plunge and ordered my start-up kit. I received a variety of products and business tools, and was warmly welcomed into the Scentsy family. I managed to sell enough product in my first 14 days of being a Consultant, that I achieved the Shooting Star Award - I was really stoked about that!
From there, I have let people know that I’m a Scentsy Consultant, and share my Scentsy products with my colleagues, family, friends, and anyone else that is interested - I’m only too happy to give them my bag, filled with scent testers, warmers, wax bars, Scentsy Go, and anything else I think they would like. I encourage them to take it home, try it all out, share it over a week with their family and friends, and find out what their faves are! I’m always delighted when they tell me how much they love the scents and other products, and I’m proud to be able to provide such beautiful, quality products to all my customers.
I’m only too happy to bring a selection of Scentsy products to your home - or any venue - to show your family and friends - for which you receive rewards, or provide you with a bag/basket of products to display at work (yes, that’s also considered as a “party” and you receive rewards!). Perhaps you have another idea? Fantastic! This business allows its Consultants to be flexible in how we can bring people and Scentsy together, so any suggestions are most welcome! Don’t forget about special occasions such as birthdays, Christmas, baby showers, hen’s parties ... the list goes on. But wait ... before I go on, I must tell you that Scentsy has something for EVERYONE - yes!, even the men in our lives! They like nice smells too, right? Scentsy has a wide range of scents, from pretty florals to delicious, fresh-roasted coffee!
